The upper body of the long-distance runner is not their claim to fame. It usually stops with their well-developed legs in regard to their physical achievements. There are benefits to keeping your entire body in a symmetrical and balanced state of development. Most runners try to avoid carrying extra weight when they exercise. Most of the time, it all comes down to personal preference. But, you can help your body avoid overuse injuries by toning your upper body. Instead of adding serious mass, you could do toning exercises that only work with your body weight. You can add a little variety to your weekly training by doing this. All you have to do are a few of these exercises, and your body will be more resistant to injury and healthier across the board.

And I thought I had a problem getting my recycleables in a car each month. I used to have a SUV and filled the back end up and now have to use the seats and trunk of my Camri. I won't complain after seeing this.
