Lessons to be learned: 
1.There is no need to hire a superior for some one who can work with no supervision. 
2.if production has to be improved more workers can be hired until there are no problems existing. 
3.if there is a problem with managing the lower lever workers then some one can be hired with a collectively lower credits. 
4.dont confuse with complicated hierarchical structure of the organization until there is a need for such new recruits.

It's very simple- if you don't trust your existing employees to increase productivity you will end up getting screwed.
