A small vague hint : This picture was taken in the year 1956 !!!

This is an actual mainframe computer hard disk drive, with 5 MB of storage space ! In September 1956, I.B.M. launched the " 305 RAMAC " It was called the world's first " Super Computer " with a hard disk drive ( H.D.D.). The HDD weighed over a Ton and stored a " Whopping " 5 MB of data !

Do you appreciate your little 20 GB memory stick, a little more now ?

Not much reason to guess what it is. The GIANT title on top of the page reads - "Whopping 5 MB Hard Disk Drive "

Interesting...but it's pointless to do the little "What is it?" scroll down when the title of the page is "Whopping 5 MB Hard Disk Drive." Just sayin'.
