3. Do a bit of exercise
You’ll debloat your belly by doing a little exercise. You do not need anything intensive. So do not go to the gym to do you regular training session if you are suffering from bloating. What you now need is some sort of activity that is very gentle. Let your body move the gas along. Remember that HIIT workout will only put your digestion on hold. This will cause even more discomfort and pain in your belly. Try yoga poses or a walk in the park.
